Apple announced iOS 9.3 few week backs and its best feature to be delivered was Night Shift.
According to Apple:
This latest iOS release adds numerous innovations to the world’s most advanced mobile operating system. There are improvements to a wide range of apps, along with great new additions to CarPlay. iOS 9.3 may even help you get a good night’s sleep. And you’ll find a preview of new features that will make using iPad in schools easier and better for students and admins.
Also apple Said that :-
Many studies have shown that exposure to bright blue light in the evening can affect your circadian rhythms and make it harder to fall asleep. Night Shift uses your iOS device’s clock and geolocation to determine when it’s sunset in your location, then it automatically shifts the colors in your display to the warmer end of the spectrum. In the morning, it returns the display to its regular settings. Pleasant dreams.
Shorter wavelength blue light-weight, in contrast, will the opposite: It suppresses internal secretion and builds up aminoalkane that helps wake  up. sadly, electronic displays like those on phones and tablets have the next concentration of blue light-weight than the sun. So, once you are lying in bed in the dark talking on WhatsApp, you are soaking within the blue light-weight and wreaking disturbance with our biological time. In alternative words, it resets that feeling of temporary state and hurts our sleep cycle.


And we want sleep. we have a tendency to do most of our healing once we sleep. It's once our bodies repair themselves and our minds method the data we have a tendency to accumulated throughout the day. Lack of sleep will have a very adverse have an effect on on our mental and physical health. It will interfere with our brain's ability to create reminiscences expeditiously and even scale back our immunity to unwellness.
